U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
In order to provide the best possible service to the U.S. Army and in order to maintain alignment with the mission of the agency in providing public engineering services in peace and war, strengthen the Nation’s security, energize the economy and reduce risks from disasters, QMS participates in the contractor quality assurance programs for construction projects.
Slidell Chamber of Commerce
The East St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce is an organization of businesses in East St. Tammany Parish including the I-10/I-12 business corridor. The Chamber was established in 1962 and has served area businesses and the community by providing a broad range of information, services and networking opportunities. This helps promote the business and cultural environment of this part of Louisiana.
U.S. Green Building Council
As an environmentally conscious organization, QMS participates in the USGBC, an organization with the mission to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life. QMS is pursuing the LEED certification to assist corporations, developers and others design and build more environmentally efficient structures.
SWE Leadership Training
Society of Women Engineers mission and goal is to aspire young girls, advance our engineering career and celebrate the achievements of women in engineering. The leadership training provided an aspect of management and leadership workshops that provide solutions to real world issues that women engineers face in the workplace.
U.S. Department of Labor
The DOL seeks to improve working conditions and advance opportunities for profitable employment of wage earners and retirees of the United States. The training provides a basis of sound and practical health and safety practices for the wage earners in the construction industry.
