Managed successful contractual concurrence, design implementation, production hardware and provided input on engineering related design, quality and feasibility issues to applicable customer, contractual, and Military Standard requirements. Managed successful hardware production for over 20 million dollars of explosive and man-rated safety and escape systems hardware. Provided technical and quality related support to engineering, and production personnel in the design, development, and manufacturing of hardware; developed production trend techniques to monitor mechanical devices. Provided technical instruction/guidance to production and inspection personnel in the resolution of problems related to non-conforming material. Developed and implement safety policies and procedures and conducted internal safety and product liability audits. Reviewed, analyzed and evaluated manufacturing procedures to ensure safety and contractual compliance.
